XF 2.0 Images won't attach-File Name Disappears

I did a fresh install to check this and set data and internal_data to 777 recursively. In this screen capture I select a file name from box dialog box that is not shown on capture but you see the file name appear and disappear from the upload box. Any ideas?

Do attachments to posts work? Try uploading both an image and a non-image. Is the behavior the same?

Got it worked out. Not sure but think it was related to installing MariaDB 10.4 on OpenLitespeed. Went back to 10.0 and the issue is no longer present.
