XF 2.3 Images not uploading?

So i set up a new forum on a new host and images aren't uploading in posts or in the media gallery. Any idea what would cause this?

Host is NameCheap.

Tried that.....still not working? I disabled it completely.

Edit your PHP configuration

Go to your Namecheap cPanel, search ModSecurity and disable it for your domain. See if that solves the issue.

NameCheap seems to want me to re-enable MOD_SECURITY cuz MUH SECURITY PURPOSES.

Really tired of these incompetent hosts.......spent a nice chunk of change on this and it's not working, they're blaming ME for their servers not functioning properly with Xenforo.

About to request a refund at this point.

A respectable host under most plans would not pose undue restrictions.

If you have to turn mod security back on, you should be able to check which particular rule is being triggered and disable it
