Hello, I'm not sure what the etiquette is on posting regression bugs, but the problem we're having appears to have been previously reported and fixed here:

Since update to 2.2.7 in mobile Version pictures always on top and text beside

To summarize, when adding images to posts using Safari on iOS, the image is always placed at the top of the post, regardless of the position of the cursor.

I was able to reproduce this problem here in the Xenforo community forum.

Please let me know if any other information is needed from me to resolve this problem.

I cannot currently reproduce this on iOS 27.

Can you please confirm the tested iOS version, specific device and whether the issue still persists?
 
Confirmed. Inserting by URL was the missing piece. I tested it with attachment uploads which works correctly.
