Duplicate Image settings in articles

When you create an article in an "Article" forum, you can manage the images with a few settings in a mini menu: size, position, replace, link...
This mini menu does not seem to appear when you create an article in a classic forum but with the article option activated.

edit : in fact the mini menu appears only if there is sufficient break-lines under it.
If not, the mini menu doesn't appears.

Think this is the same as:

When posting an image, the popup menu that allows for things like setting the size of the image, replacing it, setting alt text, etc only appears to lose the fr-hidden class under some circumstances. The image seems to need to be large enough and I've had more luck when there's a scrollbar on...

Hello,
I suppose that the fix of the cited bug will also solve the bug that I describe but it is not exactly the same case: here the pop-up does not appear when there is not enough space between the bottom of the image and the text below or with the bottom of the body of the message if there is no text. Creating line breaks displays the pop-up.
