XF 1.3 Image Proxy w/CDN

I upgraded to 1.3 this afternoon and have image proxy working, but it's serving directly from my server - instead of my cdn (like many of my other images).

Couldn't find a similar thread on the subject, has this already been addressed?

The proxy will be served from your server, like attachments and other dynamic data.

The images building up in the proxy log is interesting info. Some of them are likely old threads that are likely being hit once by a spider, and others are being hit 2-100 times. Even though I have a photopost-based album on my site it's interesting to see how many users are attaching with Photobucket and similar services.
