XF 1.5 im under attack

hey xenforo someone please help me im under attack i gave this guy a admincp he told me he would fix some buygs now i dont have admin and anything and gam3on.com/admin.php wont even load up for me he done something . the hacker done soemthing so i cant se adminphp whenever i click it it just keeps on loading and whenever i load osmething lese it loads staright away

If you haven't done so already, submit a support ticket too (in case this thread post isn't noticed by the support team).

And learn to be careful on who you let have admin access. Hasn't something similar to this happened to you before (forgive me if I'm confusing you with someone else)?
You have an htaccess password set... so you can (if you didn't also give him cPanel access or you don't use the same username/password to cPanel) block him from access that way.

Honestly, if you've given someone unfettered admin control panel access and they've responded by locking you out and causing other problems, your best option is likely to be restoring to a backup. Who knows the extent of what they've done.

You need to learn how to fix that stuff yourself and not be so dependent upon "friends". Seems those "friends" tend to end up causing issues.
