XF 1.5 Ignoring members

We have an issue with one of our members, she's a troll that visits a lot of forums and causes problems. I ignored the member and chose not to receive any more conversations from this member. I removed the ignore on the member but can't get added to a conversation this member has started with the other admins of the group. Supposedly I was on the original conversation when it was sent out. I had one of the other admins try adding me to it after I unignored the member but Its not working. Is there a way to fix this?

Roughly speaking, no. In this instance, it's the equivalent of you leaving the conversation and choosing to ignore any replies to it, so that conversation will no longer exist to you.

But this wasn't the conversation I left. That conversation was a few weeks ago. Maybe it was because the ignore was still in effect when she originally sent out the group conversation which was today? Will I see any future messages from this member since the ignore was taken off?

If a conversation is started with you by a member you ignore, you effectively immediately leave and ignore the conversation. You will never see updates to that conversation regardless of whether you remove the ignore in the future. If you are no longer ignoring a user, you will see a new conversation from them.
