XF 2.2 Ignoring a moderator

I had for got to check the display as staff box for one of my moderators. Several people had put him on ignore. Does checking the box at this point fix this? If not, is there a way to remove their ignore of this mod?

I just tested this using a test user I have on our forum. Setting the user to Staff does remove the ignore (and the ignore/unignore options). Removing the Staff setting restores the ignore.

So you should be fine just setting the "display as staff" for your moderator.

Thanks. I installed the ignore list addon, and the ignores are still listed. I'll contact them to see if there's a way to update the list.

I'd love to see a second option. Some of our moderators don't wish to be displayed as staff, and they can thus be ignored by users.

Make him an actual staff member
