Just checked on an iPad with Safari and they are responsive. However your site is dreadfully slow to load (the same on desktop too) and the Instagram image initially come in much larger and eventually do become a responsive size due to this slowness.

I also got a couple of 503 messages when testing:

Checked again and all except the 3rd Instagram embed is responsive. The 3rd one isn't in either Safari or Chrome on my iPad (but it's fine on my Android phone) and it's the extremely long all-in-one hashtag that's the issue. On the iPad it causes the embed to increase in size to accommodate it whilst on Android the hashtag is only partly displayed.

The HTML and styling here is hosted entirely on IG's end so not really much we can do to make changes.
