I just did a lost password request and it sent you an email. There had been no other attempts to send to that iCloud address in the last 30 days.

So I’m not clear what you were doing or what you’re claiming the issue to be but there isn’t an issue with anything that I can find.

I mean you just didn’t request one. Or didn’t do it in the right place. Account area and community have different logins and email addresses. Your forum email address is hotmail. Your account email address is iCloud.

A few months ago, they switched transactional email provider, and since then, I've been receiving the emails in my iCloud account without any issues.
