Im unable to login to my account becouse in past i tried even password change too...

So please XenForo Team Support make some official statemant - this is useful for those who is registered at icloud.com emails in xenforo.com.

Hello

Not really sure what you're asking. You can use whatever email service you need to use. Your email service (be that hotmail, icloud) can sometimes block our attempts to send emails, but we have no control over that outside of trying to remediate the issue when it happens.

The icloud.com issue (not a bug, just them overzealously blocking valid emails) was fixed in July when we changed our email server; it would have been resolved eventually anyway, but unfortunately the upstream services used by Apple for protecting icloud.com email addresses were not responding to us at the time.

If you're unable to login, you should use the "lost password" request.

@Chris D When this problem was out i did reset password so basically i dont have any access too main xenforo.com site atm... ) That reset mail same dosent come to inbox to icloud. Also i think my account is some pending now cant log in my old data password, if i correct remember and cant change to new one due to mail wont come.

Hard situation, first check news in forum then try smth to do xD

Not fully clear on what you're saying.

There was a problem with icloud, there no longer is. Your current forum account is hotmail. If you want to change it back to icloud, you can, emails are sending successfully from the forum to icloud email addresses.

There is nothing further for us to do.

As I understand it the customer account of @Kyami was using an iCloud address. He could not log in any more and triggered a password reset which did not work back in July out due to the iCloud issue. His forum account may use a hotmail address but his issue has always been the customer account. There seems to have been a hiccup between his problem report back in July and a missing information that the iCloud situation being solved from your side. So probably all he has to do is to trigger another password reset for his customer account with the iCloud mail and he should be good. But maybe I misunderstood something. In case his customer account is using hotmail there should not be an issue at all.
