I want to give my license to someone but....

I can't open a support ticket as my license is expired, who do I need to talk to?

You can't transfer an expired license.

It needs to be active, 4 months old and not already 2nd hand.

(this is according to the license, not necessarily European law)

Yeah the license must be active to be transferred.

Realistically then I guess I can just pass the files on and update the URL.
