HELLO PEOPLE TODAY I WAS SPAMMED I HEARD YOU CAN STOP THE SPAM
BY BLOCKING THE URL : EG : WWW.*************.COM/FORUMS/

HOW DO I DO THIS ?

Have a look in the "Spam Management" options, specifically relating to "Spam Phrases".

If you want to censor the URL, you can use censoring but it won't block the post.

And you have the akismet api key filled in so messages are checked with akismet? It might help with your problem.

Please calm down and read the manual about filling in the settings. In short. You must fill in your Akismet Api Key. You can get an API key by registering an account at Akismet https://akismet.com/signup/ . It's all described in the settings.
