XF 1.5 I have no option allowing me to close a report- Please help

I may be missing something, but I have no option that allows me to Close a Reported Item.

Can someone please offer some advice on how this can be done?

Select Resolved then click [Update Report].

Hi, thanks for replying.

Unfortunately I don't have these options available to any of the moderators as the Webmaster left before the job was finished before we went live.

Can someone please explain how I could add these options so that I can use them?

They are default options and can't be removed unless the template is edited.

I would suggest reverting to a default style and disabling add-ons to get back to the base configuration and go from there.

If there is someone out there that doesn't mind making some money to fix it for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Your going to need an administrator to resolve this. It's almost certainly down to their configuration of a specific add-on.

Yes, thanks. I am the owner and Administrator of the forum but we are flying solo without a webmaster.

As previously mentioned, I am happy to pay someone to do this for me.

Oh, you made a comment about moderators so I assumed you were a moderator and the admin was the one that left.

It's very likely that you need to disable the widget framework add-on. It's likely down to the specific configuration in use with that. If that resolves it, you can post in that add-on's thread for further help with it.

I just managed to fix the problem and close the reported thread.

Now to work on finding the widget that is causing the problem.
