What exactly is the problem? Why do you think there is a problem? How do you know XenForo is causing the problem?

The Physical Memory Usage of my server is full (90+%) but my forum has only few peolple, and i would understand how to clear this memory by some strings to put into index.php or file .htaccess, i don't have change the basically options of xenforo php files.

I actively avoid windows based servers nowdays, so my actual suggestion would be to move to a Linux based server for your site unless you have an actual specific reason to need to run your site off a windows server.
