XF 1.5 I get error when i install plugin

i get this note "Please enter a valid file name. The requested file could not be read." when i install plugin ( upload file from computer )

i try chmod all folder but i get error too

What file are you uploading from your computer? Is it the xml file of the add on or are you trying to upload the whole zip package?

i use addon "WidgetFramework", i upload XML file. i'm using "PHP Version 5.6.24"

That error indicates that that file doesn't exist, or it couldn't be read. This might be an issue with the PHP upload configuration. Can you you try to upload an avatar or an attachment btw? Do you get any error there?
