XF 1.4 i can't log in my forum

I can not log in my forum . But , I can log in to this forum and other forum that use xenforo. I think there is no problem with the network and the ISP that I use . There must be something wrong with the settings . I have changed from non- www to www , but it did not work .
Please help me.

This site ha nothing to do with yours, and logging in here means nothing in relation to yours. Are you entering the right credentials? Have you attempted to reset your password?

Without more information, we have nothing to go on...

I tried to enter a username and password, then I click login. but will be back again view the first login. I was never able to log in ACP. if this is a server error? associated cache?

Do you have any caching on your server?
