XF 2.1 HTTP 500 Error After Login

• I started installing Report Improvements by Xon 2.4.0
• Got an error during the install and reported it.
• Add-on updated with a fix: 2.4.1
• Uploaded 2.4.1 files to server and started upgrading.
• After this, I now get HTTP 500 error on the forum when logged in.

As always, issues related to third party add-ons must be addressed to the author.

I've now removed the add-on yet I still get an HTTP 500 error...

Enabled Debug mode and got:
