HTML Usertitles - Allow Administrators to use HTML in usertitles

Features:

• Allows Administrators to set a users title to allow HTML
• If the user or a Moderator edits their title it reverts to not allowing HTML

I actually had huge compatibility issues and my forum didn't work anymore. Even the ACP was broken and trying to fix it through /install didn't work either. It was lucky that I had a backup or else everything would've been lost. Then it took me a while to figure out which add-on caused compatibility issues so eventually I figured it out and uninstalled this one. Glad to see it's been fixed. If I was more aware of the cause, and didn't blame myself, I would've reported this issue.

Anyways, thanks for fixing it!

and on the positive note, i was able to update old hack and not edit all the usertitles again

Nevermind... I found the bug and squashed it...

I also made a QoL improvement and the Custom title type flips to "Admin set" if the title is edited via the Admin (no need to manually set it).

Figured I'd post it here rather than clog up the Resources with a third version of this...
