Fixed html Phrase problem for "follow, unfollow" in user profiles

When adding html to the phrases "follow, unfollow", the markup is displaying after click. This happens with any kind of html. Upon reloading the page, it display's properly. Whats happening with this? Example below.

It shows even if I do something simple like <b>X</b> Unfollow
Am I applying the html incorrectly?

We just didn't allow HTML there in the JS. I changed that so that it replaces the HTML instead of the text.

That is wonderful. I redesigned the member card and it looks a bit funny when you follow, unfollow someone because the html pops up.
