How to stop bumping

This isn't for normal purposes. We're using each forum for a personal mini-blog style setup, and don't want the threads to be bumped. What's the easiest way to go about this?

As an analogy, would you want posts in blog feeds you read to be re-organized based on comments? Probably not.

I'm not asking this be implemented if it isn't, that'd be absolutely retarded. I'm just asking if there's a way to do it already.

You can use this addon to sort by thread start date instead of last post date:
