Is it possible to search particular keywords in template modification ?

I am searching a particular keyword that makes my day crazy this weekend.

I think it doesn't track down the content of "template modification" section.

Ah I thought you meant modified templates rather than template modifications. No, I don't think it includes these as they apply afterwards.

Unless someone has a better solution you'll have to search through each one. However, you will probably know what this code is affecting so can identify the related template and so narrow down the template modifications from that.
