How to reset everything to default

I want to get a fresh install.How do I reset everything to the default state?

If you mean a completely fresh install then delete the files from the server (or just remove all the add-on files if you know what they are) and empty the database of all tables.

Then re-upload the 1.1.3 files and run through the installation again.

Be aware though that will remove ALL content including users, posts, attachments, etc.
