XF 1.4 How to remove 80,000 post of spam member

Hello,

I just can't find the function to remove post of spammer in my ACP. There is a spammer posted more than 80,000 post in my forum and I faced timeout when trying to remove his posts.

Are you using using the spam cleaner tool?

Yes, I did. The problem is spammer posted too many topics (80,000) so that spam cleaner tool can't handle it's job.

I suggest using the Batch Update Threads function to reduce it to a more manageable amount.
Use the hard delete option at the bottom.



Then you should be able to run the spam cleaner.

Another option is to use the Delete Posts v1.5 add-on located here:

In the Options you can set the Limit which will limit the number of deletes at one time.

This is the first time I know this function. It helps a lot. I can remove posts now.
