XF 1.3 How to put a label above this footer block?

Hi guys! I'd like to ask how can I put a "Our Sponsors" above the footer blocks? Please refer to the picture..

Thanks for a fast response @Brogan ! May I also ask what kind of code should I put? Do I just need to type "Our Sponsors" there or there's some kind of html codes?
