XF 2.2 How to promote a user based on number of solutions

I want the system to automatically promote a user who has provided certain number of solutions to other users. How to achieve that?

I thought the feature exists already and I just don't know how to use it. I'll suggest if it's not available yet.

I want the ability for the system to automatically let a user climb the User Title ladder at least one step up after he/she has provided certain number of solutions to other users.

I think that I've found the solution:
1. ACP->User Groups and Permissions->User group promotion->Add promotion
2. Check "User has solved at least X questions:" and set a number.
