How to process users awaiting approval?

Hello

I have over 400 spam users awaiting approval. How do I delete them all? How do I prevent them from signing up? I am using the 1+1 = system right now.

Also, I can't easily see which are real users and which are spam. Is there a way to have a specific field show up in the list so I can easily see which are real users to accept?
