Thought I'd try this again before I throw in the towel. So, I'm simply trying to place a banner, header (whatever the correct terminology is) that I made and to place it directly over my forum and centered. The banner or header is 1400x400. 1400 width, 400 height. I put my image path in the Header and Navigation from where my image is saved at photo bucket and raised the tab height to about 200px. The header is not centered, too low on desktop screens and shows way too high on mobile. I've tried placing it using html and css, but being a noob those two options didn't work either. I've included a screen shot to show what I'm referring to how it looks with the pathway set in Header and Navigation as described above. If anyone can throw out a life line or help me with this, would appreciate it. Sorry for the rambling but have spent almost three days trying to figure this out. Thanks
