How to monitor or spy on moderator?

Mod actions are all logged in the moderator log in AdminCP > Tools > Moderator log.

Thanks, but we want feature like, if moderator edit anything or delete anything than it goes for approval to senior editor or admin or both. Finally, senior moderator or admin has to approve that edit, delete or any changes has been done by moderator.

Is there any adds-on or feature available? so moderator can be in trial in case if you admin picked wrong person as moderator.

That would require custom development im afraid, I dont think something like that exists currently.

I think it would be cheaper and much easier to let the staff member go if you feel the need to babysit him/her.

By checking the logs and matching them to any corresponding reports and making sure nothing untoward is being done. Or don't promote anyone you don't trust!

On a side note, I agree with the member who posted above, that you should make staff only members that you fully trust. Because this might backfire on you. For example say, that if you were second guessing any action by your staff, they might take offense and leave.
