I'm standing a little on the hose HOW a migration from two Xenforo systems works.
Initial situation:
I upgraded my first moped forum to XF2.1. I forgot the conversion of the SonnB gallery in advance and just did the upgrade. Afterwards I wanted to update and upgrade AddOns...
Recognizing the above error, I uploaded the backup to a subdomain, installed XFMG, migrated SonnB to XFMG and... now...
Now I have the Live-Board with some further contributions for a few weeks and the backup, in which the pictures and everything lie...
A pure export of the database structures does not work. This seems to be more deeply anchored in the DB.
If you then import the backup with the updated AddOns (gallery) into the live board, old forum entries are also transferred... PN... etc..
Does this double the contributions?
In general, a tutorial on how the process looks like and how to set it in motion would be great. I'm just standing on the hose as written...
