XF 1.5 How to mass update website links after redirect?

If I have threads on my forum which link to an old URL and redirect to a new URL, is there any script I can run that will simply update my original list of links with the new URL? This will allow me to update the links with the new URL rather than having them go through the redirect everything.

For example, I have threads on my forum which have hundreds of internal links, all which redirect to the correct URL. I want to remove the need for the redirects.

In other words, I'm running the IPB redirect script, which has to redirect all of my old links. Is there anyway I can take a dump of old links and generate a new list of links with the new XF URL?
