How to mass clean spam posted messages?

Is there any way to do a "massive" clean of spam posted messages we have inside our forums?

But if I have several user ids this can be really slow. How about comparing posts to a spam DB an deleting them if the check resulted on spam?

Sure, if you have a script to interface with said database and then run posts through it.
