Okay, so I have a classified section on my website. I want to make it so that users need at least 25 posts to be able to post in the classifieds (unless they are a paid member). Is there a way to easily do this?

    Ahhh, got it!

Let's say I want to apply this to all Registered users. Can I revoke the permission for the Registered group to post in the classified forum and then after 25 posts make it so that all Registered users automatically upgrade to say 'Super Registered' users which then have the ability to post in the classified forum?

Additionally I would create a paid member group that bypasses this altogether so they don't need 25 posts to start s new thread in the classifieds.

You can have both a paid user upgrade and a user group promotion which promote members to the same user group.

So it could be a payment or 25 posts.
