XF 2.1 How to make it so reactions can show up when "like" is clicked rather than hover?

Is there a way to show reactions when the like button is clicked rather than hover? I don't know if this can be done already as I haven't found the option.

If there isn't a way built in, does anyone suggest a way to edit a template or something to achieve this?

I'm going to tag @Brogan since he's online and is usually helpful with stuff like this. Anyone else is free to add their suggestion.

One tap to open reaction menu

On mobile it is rather annoying to open the reaction menu. I would like to see the menu open by one tap rather than pressing down.

I'd like to know how to do this period, not on mobile. Also I've already seen this post. It's not relevant to answering my question. I simply would like to know if there's a way I can do this even if I have to edit a template mobile or not. I mainly care about desktop anyways.

Though it is annoying there isn't a setting already to change this.
