I like to know if it is possible to get an announcements message like that is possible in phpBB?

I’m not sure how phpbb is, or what the screenshots mean, but maybe it’s notices in xenForo?

In your admin panel see Communication > Notices.

Sticky threads are also possible, same as in XF.

This is exactly what the function "notices"does:

1.) Add a notice in ACP:



2.) configure it to your needs



3.) It will be displayed above the forum list (or on other pages as you configure it)

I copied the idea of announcements from phpBB. It allows you to have instructions, warnings, anything you want to tell members about the forum they are viewing. Sorry this add-on is not currently available yet.

Actually you could make a suggestion as its already in the coders archive but not yet for sale. He may make it available https://gnz.is/community/add-ons-suggestions/
