How to make a group can ban members?

Hello,

I didn't see the option on an usergroup that allow them can ban forum members

for example: moderator group that I created but they couldn't ban members like an admin

Please advise me

Banning directly is an administrator function, however, moderators can ban using the spam cleaner or a warning action.

How to do this?

I mean that giving a ban to a member then they will be disabled completely on the forum. Is the spam cleaner or a warning action the same function to the ban?
