He probably hasn't added his forum user name to the actual license account. So he can only post in certain forums until he does.

Yep... a common occurrence.. and, since I haven't bought a license in a LONG time, it REALLY needs to be emphasized on the purchasing process page how to do this. I don't think it was really emphasized when I got my licenses in 2012. Anybody want to pay for a new license for me to check again? I need ALL the 1st party add-ons enabled!
