Having a brain fart but what's the user permission to let a user group see which members are online?

And is that all it does because I don't want that permission to let them see a user's profile who isn't following them when they have it set to "People You Follow Only".

    Bypass user privacy.

That's what I thought it does but doesn't it make it so that you can see their profile page even if you are blocked?

What do you mean by blocked?

There is no concept of that.

If a member puts their profile page to "People You Follow Only"

If the member who tries viewing their profile page is not being followed, they won't be able to see it.

Which means they are basically blocked.

    That's what that permission does.

What's the permission to let members see who is online in the user's online list while keeping them blocked from a profile page?

    There is none.

Bypass user privacy allows that, but also allows members that aren't following members to view profiles that have been set to People You Follow Only in the privacy options.

There is no permission for that.
