XF 2.2 How to let user clearly know attachment limitations?

"Uploaded file is too large" but what's the right size?

How can I show a hint for attachment limitations like below?

attach files is a phrase iirc. but adding more content to it would make the button size larger.

I have this annoyance in my community as well, I guess I'll have to update the phrase
