Which importer are you using. If it's the forum in your profile then you will need to use the unofficial vB 4 importer add-on, which is in the add-on releases forum. http://xenforo.com/community/threads/vbulletin-4-importer-to-xenforo-1-1.23674/ Further support requests related to importing will need to be posted in that thread, as that importer is not officially supported.
