How to install vbulletin in there on XenForo,

What steps do I follow?

You're going to have to give us more information to work with.

Which forum are you trying to import? Which level of software is it?
Which importer are you using.

If it's the forum in your profile then you will need to use the unofficial vB 4 importer add-on, which is in the add-on releases forum.

Further support requests related to importing will need to be posted in that thread, as that importer is not officially supported.
