How to in "Recent Activity"?

One of the member added homepage link in profile, but removed it from profile.
1) How to remove website address/home page link from domain{dot}com/recent-activity/

We have read few threads here that how to make invisible "recent activity" link from "member" tab, but we don't want to remove the our site link or feature. We just want to remove users home page link they have added and it comes up in "recent activity"

Any suggestion on how to?
