Add-on actions pending notice: how to resolve

Hi,

A few months ago, I installed an add-on called "CashFree Payment Profile" (Link: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/cashfree-payment-profile.7902/). It didn't work, and I encountered an error on the admin panel page. I immediately uninstalled the add-on, but I still see a notice in red on the admin panel home page: "One or more add-ons currently have actions pending and may be in an inconsistent state. Because of this, some errors may be suppressed, and unexpected behavior may occur. If this does not change shortly, please contact the add-on author for guidance."

I have tried to remove the entry from the database with the add-on name, but the notice is still showing.

Can anyone help me fix this? I have posted the issue on the add-on page, but I haven't received a reply from the developer - https://xenforo.com/community/threads/cashfree-payment-profile.182784/post-1656897

To answer the question you ask to the add-on dev, the install setup add this to your database:

$db->insert('xf_payment_provider', [
    'provider_id'    => "cashfree",
    'provider_class' => "CashFree:CashFree",
    'addon_id'       => "CashFree"
]);

Is cashfree is still active as a payment provider in your ACP?

the developer is not responding.
I can see a blank option ( no name) under payment profile.

Check your cron entries /admin.php?cron/ to see if there is one concerning the add-on, if so try to run it then delete it.
