How to get this outer wrapper

Hello. Does anyone know how to get this outer wrapper? http://forumservices.eu/xen/ I thought I remembered someone posting a thread about it, but I couldn't find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

They also put a fixed width on the body:

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Style Properties -> General -> Body

I put 920px for width in page width controller, but it didn't do much.

Now theres a problem with the footer. EDIT: Nvm there's not.

How do I put space between the top and bottom? And how do I put a shadow on the wrapper?

Specify a margin and box shadow.

The padding only worked for the right side. And the margin didn't work.

Works for me in my testing using the exact Body definition shown in my previous picture (border, margin, and box-shadow), plus the fixed body width as shown in this post:

I did everything, except for the width. Even with your width it doesn't work.
