my search doesnt look like this and I wwant it too. A lot of forum websites look like this

google does that automatically. give it time.

ive seen websites that have been up for ages and still dont have it, while brand new sites have it. Very weird

That is part of it of course but Google really does do it randomly as far as any one person could observe on their own. I believe it was in Googles webmaster tools that I read there is no way to pick what pages it puts in the result either. All a part of the algorithm. Works out really well for some sites... okay for others. I am sure the SEO specialists have pinpointed some of the behaviour that leads to pages being picked.

Yes It does and I am using Wordpress as homepage. Is that maybe why?

Google does that automatically. There's no way for us to define it.

Wait, did they not add this option recently in webmaster tools. You can suggest options I think. I had my ToS in my search and I asked it removed and it worked I think if I remember right.

Sitelinks can be demoted. They can not be promoted.
