XF 1.3 how to find this

can someone please help me try locate the template on the picture below.

as you can see it isn't sitting in the logo area, can some please tell me how to correct this?

Probably something to do with the edit you wanted to do here:

It's the logged out version of the sidebar block which I'm assumed you moved up to the header area.

yeah it is to do with that, but now i cant figure out how to set it properly
