XF 1.3 How to find a thread by number?

I'm doing a conversion and need to find Xenforo threads by thread number. It becomes complicated when you have SEF threads running and I need that to be able to find the actual new SEF URL. Is there any way to reference a thread by number?

I'm not sure what you're asking but all threads have an ID.

This one for example is 75558, as can be seen in the URL: http://xenforo.com/community/threads/how-to-find-a-thread-by-number.75558/
