XF 2.2 How to exclude javascript from friendly urls.

Hi,
I am working on an addon that loads javascript on demand. The javascript loads fine as long as friendly urls are not enabled. After enabling friendly urls the link to the javascript resources gets messed up. Following is the example:

Without friendly urls:

http://test.urduweb.org/mehfil/js/vendor/jquery/jquery-3.5.1.min.js?_v=7decdf4f

With friendly urls enabled:

http://test.urduweb.org/mehfil/forums/%D8%B6%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B1%DB%8C-%D8%A7%D8%B9%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%AA.20/js/vendor/urduweb/ime/rules/ur/ur-phonetic.js

Is there a way to exclude certain resources from getting affected by the friendly urls?
