XF 1.5 How to enable General Moderator Permission for all moderators?

Wondering how to enable e.g. "View warning details" General Moderator Permission for all moderators and forums they are moderating? Maybe using some SQL query?

This permission is already enabled in Moderating user group, but it should be enabled for each forum and for each moderator.

You can't do it with a query.

If the moderators are set as super moderators, then setting the permission at the user group will suffice.

They are regular moderators, not super moderators. They should see warning details.

In that case, you will need to enable the moderator functions on a per moderator/forum basis.

Applying user level permissions should also work.
