XF 2.2 How to display a sticky thread across multiple forums ?

Hiya, is there a way to spread a sticky thread across more than one forum but not every forum ?

or does this require an add on ?

To answer your question there is no functionality out the box to create a sticky thread across more than one forum. You can consider creating one thread and then using a sticky thread, link forum or notice to link to it.

My personal approach would be to create a notice on the forums that you want and then link to the thread.
