How to disable user post again in certain time?

hello is there an addon for disabling a user group to post a thread again in a certain time to avoid spamming?

Go into setup, options, performance.

Look for the option that says minimum time between messages and change it to your liking. Please not that if you have "bypass flood check" set to yes for that user group then this setting won't affect them.

My problem is now solved I just edit this Minimum time between discussions in the option I test it It's work properly.
